With the improvement of living conditions, more and more people can live longer. However, many old people always suffer from loneliness, which is one of the major problems in today’s society. To make the old people live better, some good advice must be followed. Firstly, the young should spare more time to talk and communicate with their parents, so as to relieve their loneliness. Secondly, the old ought to understand the work pressure and family burden of the young. Furthermore, the society are supposed to organize more activities for the old, so that they can make more friends and have more joys and happiness in their life.随着生活条件的改善，越来越多的人的寿命变得越来越长。然而，许多老年人总是忍受着孤独，这也是当今社会的主要问题之一。为了使老年人生活得更好，得接受一些好的建议。首先，年轻人应该花更多的时间与父母交流，以减轻他们的孤独感。其次，老年人应该理解年轻人的工作压力和家庭负担。此外，社会应该为老年人组织更多的活动，这样他们可以结交更多的朋友，在他们的生活中有更多的快乐和幸福。
