It is well known that exercise is important. In our school, we have to do an hour"s exercise every day. Many students are very happy. In the one hour, some of us play basketball, football and ping pong, and some run around the playground. Everyone is talking and laughing. I love this activity very much. I also hope that there will be more and more sunlight sports in our life after school. That not only makes us happy, but also makes our body healthier.众所周知，运动是重要的。我们学校每天都会进行一小时的锻炼。很多同学都非常喜欢，在这一小时中，有的打篮球，有的踢足球，有的打乒乓球，有的跑步。大家有说有笑的。我喜欢这项活动，我也希望这样的阳光体育运动在我们的课余生活中能够越来越多。这样不但能让我们快乐，也能让我们的身体更加健康。
